Nothing More Ignites Midway Music Hall – March 6, 2026

Hard rock fans packed Midway Music Hall on March 6 as Nothing More brought their high-energy Carnal Nature Tour to Edmonton for a night of heavy riffs, raw emotion, and explosive stage presence.

The Texas-based quartet has built a reputation as one of the most intense live acts in modern rock, and their Edmonton stop proved exactly why. With frontman Jonny Hawkins leading the charge, the band delivered a performance that blended heavy grooves, soaring melodies, and their signature theatrical stage production. Known for their interactive live shows—often featuring percussion rigs and crowd-engaging moments—the band kept the Midway crowd fully locked in from start to finish.

Nothing More’s set mixed fan favourites with newer material from their latest album Carnal, including the title track and recent singles that continue the band’s evolution toward a heavier yet melodic modern rock sound. The album builds on the success of earlier releases like The Stories We Tell Ourselves, which helped earn the band multiple Grammy nominations and solidified their reputation as one of the most creative forces in contemporary rock.

Catch Your Breath

The night kicked off with a stacked lineup of opening acts that warmed up the crowd early. Texas alternative rockers Catch Your Breath delivered a powerful set filled with atmospheric rock and emotional vocals, while Wisconsin heavy rock outfit Archers brought aggressive riffs and relentless energy. Rounding out the opening lineup was genre-blending artist Doobie, whose mix of rap, rock, and alternative sounds added a different flavour to the evening’s bill.

Archers

By the time the final notes rang out at Midway Music Hall, the crowd had experienced exactly what Nothing More is known for: a powerful blend of musicianship, emotion, and high-octane performance. For Edmonton fans, March 6 was more than just another concert—it was a reminder that modern hard rock is very much alive and thriving on stage.
